We collect the minimum we need to make and ship your deck, and we never sell your data. This is a plain-language summary, have it reviewed by a US attorney before launch.

What we collect

To fulfill an order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment card data is entered directly with our payment processor, we never see or store it. If you join the newsletter, we store your email.

How we use it

To process payment, print and ship your deck, email you confirmations and tracking, handle refunds and replacements, and (if you opted in) send occasional drops and offers. That's it.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), our print-on-demand/fulfillment partner (to make and ship your deck), and our email provider (Resend). Each handles your data under its own agreement; we share only what each needs.

Cookies

We keep cookies/local storage to a minimum, your cart and basic functionality. We ask before setting anything non-essential.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time (every email has a link). California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any sale (we never sell your data). Email us and we'll take care of it.

Retention & contact
