Terms of service

Products

Each deck is a real 8.25-inch maple skateboard deck finished as wall art, made to hang, not to ride. It is printed to order and numbered. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed deck.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and we email you a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong.

Shipping

Decks are printed to order (2–4 business days) then shipped with tracking to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page for details.

Refunds & replacements

Because each deck is printed to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If we get your order wrong or it arrives damaged or defective, we'll reship, give store credit, or refund, the full policy is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork and the skatedeco name and designs are ours or used with permission. Buying a deck gives you the physical piece, not the rights to the artwork. For custom decks, you confirm you have the rights to any image you upload.

Liability & contact

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
